The tool itself is made in Sweden since it was patented in the late 60´s and is still produced in Sweden. It is used by first response rescue units arround the world since it´s not dependant on electricity for charging and can be set into use immediatly when needed.

The different parts of the tool is:

• Rescue sling. With axe & claw made out of steel (special alloy, hardened Boron steel)

• Handle. Covered with EPDM-rubber on pipe with special steel.

• Latch mechanism – Stainless steel
